Consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution

This consent is drawn up separately from the Offer and other documents. It applies only if the user, on his own initiative, includes his personal data in the Posting. Do not include the data of others without your own legal basis.

Subject and operator

The subject is an adult user who performs a confirming action in the form of publication. The operator is listed in the details below. The browser's technical identifier, form version, time, request ID and Posting content are used to confirm the will.

Purpose and list of data

The goal is to publicly display the user-created Placement on the map. Consent can only cover data that the subject himself included in the title, description, image or link: name or nickname, appearance in the image, city or selected coordinates, contact information, profile or website. Special categories and biometric data for identification are not requested and posting is prohibited.

Actions, access and conditions

Collection, storage, technical modification of format and size, reproduction, provision of access and distribution through claimyour.world to an indefinite number of persons without restrictions on access countries are permitted. The Operator does not establish additional prohibitions or transmission conditions other than those provided for in the Offer and the Content Rules. The user understands that visitors may retain independent copies.

Deadline and review

The consent is valid from the moment of separate marking and publication until the removal of the Posting or review. The review is sent to the Operator’s email indicating the Accommodation ID and sufficient information to verify the applicant. The operator will terminate future distribution within the period established by law, unless there is another basis for processing. Revocation does not affect the legality of the previous processing and does not allow the removal of independent copies of third parties.

Confirmation action

Consent is expressed by checking a separate, previously empty checkbox with a link to this form and then clicking the publish button. If the Posting does not contain the user’s personal data, the mark confirms only this circumstance and does not permit the publication of data from third parties.
