These Terms govern access to World Map Board at claimyour.world and the free, paid or promotional publication of a card as a map marker, with an optional geographic-radius visualization (a “Placement”). If you are located in Russia, the Russian public offer and user agreement applies instead.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Clicking a payment or publication button accepts the version identified above. A checkout receipt, where applicable, and our technical record may evidence acceptance.

2. The service

• A free Placement displays submitted content as a marker near selected coordinates and has no territory. A paid or promotional Placement also displays the radius shown before confirmation.
• Paid fees purchase creation and publication with the selected initial radius, not land, geographic rights, exclusivity, traffic, rank, reach, or a guaranteed period of uninterrupted visibility.
• Newer territories can overlap or fully cover older territories. A fully covered territory is no longer drawn, but its active card remains available by direct link and participates in marker selection together with free cards. The map shows up to 20 cards in the current view: cards with remaining territory first, ranked by its area, then cards without territory. If there are fewer than 20 cards, all are included regardless of zoom. Continuous marker visibility at every scale is not guaranteed.
• Coordinates and map data are illustrative and may be inaccurate. Do not use the service for navigation, emergencies, legal boundaries, or safety-critical decisions.

3. Your content and licence

You retain rights in your content. You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, technically adapt, display, distribute and make it available as needed to operate, secure and promote the service. The licence ends after removal from active systems, subject to reasonable backups and legal retention. You confirm you have all necessary rights and permissions, including from depicted or identified people.

4. Content and conduct

The Content Policy is part of these Terms. Do not scrape, probe, overload, bypass security, manipulate payment or promotion controls, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully. We may reject, hide or remove content and suspend access where reasonably necessary for law, safety, rights protection, payment disputes, abuse prevention or service integrity.

5. Prices, payment and promotions

A marker-only Placement with a zero kilometre radius is free and does not open checkout. On the world map, paid Placements start at $2 for a 2 km radius and extend to $100 for a 100 km radius. On the Tbilisi map (/tbilisi/), the radius is 10 metres per dollar: $2 for 20 metres through $100 for 1 kilometre. Tbilisi placement centres must be within 30 kilometres of Freedom Square; paid circles near the boundary may extend beyond it. Tbilisi placements and promo codes are separate from the world map. Free placements on both maps are markers without territory. The final price, currency and provider are shown before checkout. Whop ordinarily processes non-Russian checkout; Lava processes Russian checkout. The Operator remains your contracting service provider unless checkout expressly identifies another merchant of record. Payment providers process payment data under their own notices. Promo codes have no cash value, may be limited to one browser, may expire and may be disabled for abuse.

6. Cancellation and refunds

See Payments & Refunds. Nothing in these Terms excludes cancellation, refund or remedy rights that cannot lawfully be limited in your country. Removal for breach and expected overlap do not automatically create a refund right.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may make proportionate operational changes, but will not retroactively change an already agreed price or remove mandatory consumer rights. Material changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, user content, third-party links, map inaccuracies or events outside reasonable control. For paid claims, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Placement. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not allow us to limit.

9. Disputes and law

Contact the Operator first so the issue can be investigated. The law and courts of the Operator’s registered place apply, except that consumers retain any mandatory protections and forums available where they live.
