This policy covers paid Placements outside Russia. Russian consumers should use the Russian payment and refund terms.

Charges and fulfilment

The confirmation screen shows the final one-time price and currency. Whop ordinarily processes non-Russian checkout. A Placement is fulfilled when payment is confirmed and the Placement is published. Save your receipt and order ID.

Failed or duplicate payment

If you were charged but publication failed, or you believe you were charged twice, contact the Operator and the payment provider shown on your receipt. Include the order ID, date and amount; never send full card details. A verified duplicate or charge without publication will be refunded or the service re-performed.

Cancellation and remedies

Request cancellation by email. If performance has not begun, the Operator will cancel and refund the payment, less only amounts the law permits. After publication, eligibility depends on mandatory law, performance already supplied and provable costs. Defective service remedies and non-waivable consumer rights remain available.

Not service failures

Expected overlap by newer Placements, lack of clicks or traffic, and ordinary map-scale differences are disclosed service characteristics and do not alone establish a defect. Content removal for breach is not automatically refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times may apply. Promo codes are free access with no cash value and are not exchangeable.
